Some of my friends who have completed 2 years in TCS

So finally Earth completed a second revolution around the Sun and you all are still there. Congrats to everyone. For your sincere efforts and honesty towards your work.
I know you all are committed and ambitious youth of this country. You only thing of work, work work and nothing else.
A bus service, hygiene place, A good canteen, two holidays, no sales pressure, salary at exact time- what are these things ? you should complain to the management.
I know You all love your Team leaders, appraisals, your study , your study coach, teleconferences, over time.
I also know you all people hate team lunches, weekend parties (given by TCS), cultural days, Team meetings, Birthday celebrations, events, gossiping on sametime and holidays every week.


SO you have worked for 2 years …Kindly look at the calculation below
Completed – 730 days… .
2 weekly holidays Saturday and sunday = 8 holidays a month = 8*24= 192
12=public holidays 2*12=24
Now some day you are ill or someday you have taken half leave or some days exam preparation leaves, sometimes trains are not on time, due to rain left early, and kuch aur bahane etc etc etc Let us count it as average one holiday every month. So 12*2=24

Now 192+24+24=240
So 730-240= 490 days.

OH ! you all have worked for 490 days…that’s really commendable ,a real big Achievement.

In these two years you have learned a lot and given your best to the company and your love and commitment will continue in the years to come. Best of luck folks and now lets stand up and celebrate the success….CHEERS!!!
