limit of sending email from yahoo / gmail as attachment

What is  limit of sending email from yahoo / gmail as attachment.

Gmail attachment limit is 25 mb
Yahoo attachment limit is 20mb/25mb
can use yousendit for 50mb size after that it has paid service
