( I said GUY ) ...a good advisor, famous for unbiased opinions, a thinker who follows his brain and his own set of beliefs...a creativity guy ...who commands respect...Surekha the silent bee: The girl speaking in vacuum...have lots of dreams, ambitions, and will surely achieve someday...a person to look around when you are in need of help...Himanshu the complainer...( m kidding ) ... true person...will always give you selfless service , a struggler in search of identity...Ankur the peace maker...innocent, quite, sincere, and very good friend.Bhavesh the freelancer: hahaha A fun loving guy , with lots of dreams to achieve , ( a good friend to have but please don’t blindly rely on him ask abhishek and rochit ...Abhishek the manager...a person who understands and respects...a talented and humble guy...Bhavana the dreamer... putting lots of efforts ...working very hard for recognition, the news reader,Dhruv the silent observer: lost in transition...a very good friend to have, who is always ready for help.Mitali: Sweet, Sincere...( best of luck ) good wishesMinnat ( dost ): A very sweet person with a touch of commanding tone...honesty and innocence personified...A person who can take stand on what is rite and what is wrong...A person you can blindly rely and trust...Chaloo doostoin i will end now...will miss you all ☺ lets hope we can meet on some rite turns agar duniya choti aur gol hai too!!! Winters have arrived...

Morning I got up ...cool breeze was blowing , I was able to hear the sound of (cuoo cuoo ) koyal , bringing back all the memories of school and college days, I felt that my exams are going on , ( final exams ) and after that the most awaited summer vacations.
That time I used to feel, each day is of 36 hours, we used to hear the same sound ( far away somewhere ) while writing papers . Its nostalgic feeling , suddenly you start searching missing numbers, albums , mark sheets, greeting cards , and old notes on which you have written certain comments on some professor and then there is little smile on your face , you start thinking about persons who are now in contact and those who are not. Some are working, some are already settled, some are still good friends and some are like ( ya i know them....) but then....... you shake your head and keep back all the things.
You are again busy with your own work.........................................................................................this is how the cycle goes on ...far away the bird is still singing ,echoing winters have arrived.........................................

Why i am doing this???

Sometimes , you dont know what you have to achive and what you actually want ? the people around will guide you , you will think and then you will do what you have decided. We always wait for approvals for others? dont we? think twice and then answer. If have decided something and if we get approval of that thing from our freinds and relatives then we think our decision is right and if we dont get then also we are going to do that think what we have decided then why we want approval????

Hi, folks….

Today, mostly last time I will open ultimatix, lotus notes...I don’t know I did right or wrong or it was too early for me to quit from such big institution…but for a while I am really feeling bad to leave. I will really miss you all guys, with you all around I never got feeling of stranger, it was like I know you all since long. Now dont ask why I decided to leave then ? I also dont have any answer for that...
Anyways....
Who could forget the innocent smile and nagging of Neelima (the SMC of sametime ) ,
The sparkling eyes of Tejal ,
The vibrant energy of Sarla,
Soft speaking style of Rakesh ( Raka). Vanillas are waiting...Dost…

Smita ( shetkari ) the hardworker,

Rupa ( rupa rani ) she always seems to be in world of her own… lost and found.

Rupali ..lady with stern look on her face but with a soft heart…

Varsha ( Gareeb kisan ) watch that stylish kid on the floor..( I said KID ) She talks like that yaar….

Pallavi elegance personified…

Tejawasani she has lots of dreams…( ask her sometime )

Poornima the focused lady..( I will finish my work )

Shweta …give me a chance and I can give you list of complaints..hahah

Snehal….AH now what should I say…really one of the best friend to have …carry on good work……( have patience there is time for everything )

Komol…( kamla bai ) she is very Pyaasi ( OH don’t take me wrong …this is Thirst for knowledge ) --- she is the person I could assure who is always ready to help and you could rely on …

Kedar…The angry young man on the floor….The man who is focused and aware what he wants from life…

Elvis..The vagabond…the only person who never complains, have all the qualities of a gentle man….

Deepa---confident, and have huge apatite for growth (appears to be sometimes selfish) but that’s my opinion and opinions are subjective…never mind though- (I think everyone have enough opinion about her) has lot to learn about life…

Abhijeet…those eyes are sad ….trying to find out goals in the life….

Mugdha..( Hema ) a big confusion between love and friendship…solve it fast…

Shradha, honesty at its best. Have big aims …she will achieve it slowly but surely…

Neerja grace and style, have all qualities of air hostess or a management teacher…

Archana bhosle- (the follower) loves to be in group….focused and sincere

Farheen…..The old teacher with text book in her hand….teaching and learning…sincere and stern.

Anita the dictator… had tough time to start with the new ambiance ….have a strong and rigid opinion …distinct clarity.

Mahesh (the sports man) the child in man’s body…cooperative and a very good person by nature…..

Venkat… ( ek akela is shahar mein ) the silence is still power…there is a real brain hidden behind his silent conversations…fast learner , sincere .

Shridhar …I have found a best friend ….tough minded …courageous….humorous...And still single??? Tall, dark and handsome…

ARHCANA W ( sincere, and focused ) – Should I need to write something ….I know for what you will miss me…( WITH WHOM WILL FIGHT NOW ) …will really miss you………..

And finally I took decision...After a long thought. I dont know what is right or wrong. I dont know whats the reason...As I always say confusion keeps you busy...but will take you no were. Ah! were you want to go thats the question which is other confusion...
