Hi,
When you insert picture using insert option the pic gets inserted only in one page, but for entire word doc, use page layout option.
Go to watermark and insert water mark. Custom watermark.
If you want brighter pic go to page color-select fill effects and select your pic.
Entire word doc 2007 will have this pic now.
